YourHomes Connection is a lead generation and referral service that connects homeowners with pre-screened local home service contractors. We are not a contractor ourselves and do not perform any home services.

By accessing or using our Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, submitting a quote request, or clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

YourHomes Connection provides an online platform that enables homeowners and property owners to:

• Submit requests for home service quotes across various service categories
• Be matched with pre-screened local contractors in their area
• Receive competitive quotes from multiple qualified professionals
• Compare contractors based on price, availability, and reviews

Service Categories Include (But Are Not Limited To):

Free Service

Our matching and referral service is provided at no cost to homeowners. We generate revenue through fees paid by contractors in our network when they receive leads. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor referred to you through our platform.

Service Availability

Our Services are available in select geographic areas within the United States. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or restrict our service areas at any time without notice.

To use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal authority to authorize home improvement services on the property in question (as owner or authorized agent)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law

By using our Services, you agree to the following:

You WILL:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all form submissions
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respond in a timely and professional manner to contractors who contact you
• Notify us of any inaccuracies in your submitted information
• Treat all contractors and Company representatives with respect

You WILL NOT:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or misuse our Services
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site or Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Submit requests for the purpose of soliciting contractors for purposes unrelated to home services

How It Works

When you submit a quote request through our platform, your information is shared with up to 4 pre-screened contractors in your area who offer the requested service. These contractors will then contact you directly to discuss your project and provide competitive quotes.

No Guarantee of Quote Receipt

While we strive to connect every user with qualified contractors, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a quote or that a contractor will be available in your area for your specific project type or timeline.

Quote Accuracy

Any quotes provided by contractors are estimates only. Final pricing is determined solely by the contractor and may vary based on on-site assessment, material costs, labor, and other factors. YourHomes Connection is not responsible for any pricing discrepancies between initial quotes and final invoices.

No Obligation to Hire

Submitting a quote request creates no obligation to hire any contractor. You are free to compare quotes and choose the contractor that best suits your needs, or to decline all quotes received.

Independent Contractors

All contractors accessible through our platform are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of YourHomes Connection. We act solely as an intermediary to connect homeowners with contractors.

Pre-Screening Process

We use reasonable efforts to pre-screen contractors in our network, which may include verification of:

• Business licenses and state contractor licenses (where applicable)
• General liability insurance
• Business history and standing
• Background checks (in select markets)

No Liability for Contractor Actions

YourHomes Connection is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. We are not responsible or liable for:

• The quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor
• Any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from contractor work
• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings between you and a contractor
• A contractor's failure to honor a quote, complete a project, or meet agreed-upon terms
• Any contractor's compliance with applicable laws, codes, or regulations

By submitting a quote request through our platform, you expressly consent to receive communications from YourHomes Connection and our contractor partners, including:

• Phone calls — including automated or prerecorded calls to the number provided
• Text messages (SMS/MMS) — including automated messages
• Email communications — including marketing and service-related messages

Opting Out

• Texts: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out
• Emails: Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email
• Calls: Request to be added to our Do Not Call list during any call, or email us at optout@yourhomesconnection.com

Please allow up to 10 business days to process opt-out requests. Note that even after opting out of marketing communications, we may still contact you regarding your pending quote requests.

Our Content

The Site and all its content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — are the property of YourHomes Connection or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
• Download or copy any account information for the benefit of another party
• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Your Content

By submitting information, descriptions, or content through our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

Trademarks

"YourHomes Connection," "YHC," and related logos are trademarks of YourHomes Connection. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Specifically, we do not warrant or represent that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any contractors, services, information, or other material obtained through the Services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the software or Services will be corrected
• Contractors in our network are properly licensed, insured, or qualified for your specific project

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• One hundred dollars ($100.00)

The limitations of liability in this section apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if YourHomes Connection has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply in your jurisdiction.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YourHomes Connection and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services, including but not limited to the content you submit
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including contractor rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any dispute between you and a contractor you were connected with through our Services
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Services

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us at legal@yourhomesconnection.com and provide a written description of your dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following claims are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in court:

• Claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
• Small claims court matters within the applicable jurisdictional limits
• Claims where arbitration is prohibited by applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, contractors, or us
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which YourHomes Connection is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

To the extent court proceedings are permitted under these Terms (i.e., matters excluded from arbitration), you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:
